Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: Name, email address, and optional mobile number provided at registration.
  • Content data: Product photos, descriptions, catalog settings, and inquiry records you create.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, feature usage, catalog view counts, and browser/device information.
  • Payment data: Processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, inquiry notifications, billing).
  • To analyse usage patterns and improve platform performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers we rely on to operate the platform, under data-processing agreements:

  • Cloud infrastructure: Hosting and file/image storage providers.
  • Payment processors: For billing and fraud prevention. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Email delivery: For transactional communication (verification, notifications, billing).
  • AI providers: When you use AI content features, your prompts and uploaded images are processed by third-party AI providers subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Bot & abuse protection: We use a third-party service to protect forms and sign-in against automated abuse.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics on our marketing site to understand aggregate usage — only after you consent to analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

3a. Analytics You Configure

If you connect your own analytics or tracking (for example, adding a Google Analytics measurement ID to your storefront), any data collected through that integration is governed by that third party's terms and by your own privacy practices, not by this policy. You are responsible for disclosing such tracking to your own customers where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and catalog data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, data is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it longer. Inquiry data for active catalogs is kept until you delete it.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies, in two categories:

  • Strictly necessary: Required for the platform to work — for example, authentication cookies (HttpOnly, Secure) and bot/abuse-protection. These are always active and do not require consent.
  • Analytics (consent-based): On our marketing site we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor traffic, with IP anonymisation enabled. These cookies load only after you accept analytics via our cookie banner, and never if you decline. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's stored consent in your browser.
