Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. From the Plan page in your dashboard, you can cancel any time. You keep full access to your current plan’s features until the end of your active billing period — we don’t cut you off early, and we don’t issue a refund for that period. After access ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan; none of your catalogs or data are deleted. What happens to my catalogs and storefront if I downgrade my plan?

Your existing catalogs stay live and untouched — nothing is deleted. You just can’t create new catalogs beyond your new plan’s limit until you free up space or upgrade again. If your total catalog count or image storage is already over your new plan’s limit, shared catalog links are temporarily paused until you’re back within both limits — delete a few items or catalogs and they resume automatically, usually within a minute. Storefront is the one feature that goes fully offline on a downgrade: it’s only included on Pro and above, so moving to a lower plan takes your public storefront page down until you upgrade again. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect our forms — these are always on. On our marketing site we also use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand aggregate traffic, but only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner; decline and no analytics cookies are set. Yes. Every catalog gets a permanent URL that customers can open in any browser — no app download, no account needed. Drop it in WhatsApp, email, or your bio and it just works.

Yes. You can download a PDF version of your catalog from your dashboard and share it however you like — at trade shows, over WhatsApp, by email, or printed.

Do customers need an account to view a shared catalog?

No. Shared catalogs are designed for customer browsing without any login. Buyers open the link on their phone or desktop and can scroll through your products immediately.
